Chamber Bucks are similar to gift cards with exclusive use to participating Sidney Area Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture Member Businesses. People generally receive Chamber Bucks as a gift or as a job bonus. The primary goal of the Chamber Bucks program is to keep dollars within the local economy. Chamber Bucks can be redeemed by Chamber Businesses for 100% face value at: Stockman Bank, Richland Federal Credit Union and Yellowstone Bank. Christmas Cash is traditionally sponsored by ONEOK. This is a contest where customers of participating Chamber Member Businesses receive an entry into a drawing for over $3000 in Chamber Bucks for every $20 spent at a Chamber Member Business. Customers can receive their tickets from the participating business OR the business can opt to have the customers bring their receipts to the Chamber Office to redeem their tickets. Big Bucks is available November 1 – December 24th to customers of participating Chamber Member Businesses. This loan program is coordinated through Stockman Bank, Richland Federal Credit Union and Yellowstone Bank. Customers have until December 24th to expend their loan which is paid out in Big Bucks. Big Bucks are similar to Chamber Bucks, although larger in size and red in color. Businesses have until December 31st to redeem Big Bucks for 97% face value at participating banks.
